The Excel file has the same layout as the Trust's claim form, with empty signature and date boxes for you and your manager, and the totals worked out by formulas. You can sign it on screen or print it. Printing opens your browser's print window, where you can also choose Save as PDF. "Mark as handed in" only records the date on this device; nothing is sent anywhere.
